Hardware Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide real-time support via ticketing system or walk-up center
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues on the spot
* Manage and audit inventory
* Perform device refreshes and installations
* Deliver clear installation overviews and site-specific guidance to customers
* Handle customer issues with professionalism and escalate when needed
* Assist with equipment deliveries and storage
* Support AV troubleshooting and resolution
* Maintain accurate paperwork and work assignments
A successful candidate will have:
* 2-4 years of experience in IT support or hardware maintenance
* Advanced troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of PC software and operating systems (Windows 10, Mac, Linux, Android)
* Networking interfaces knowledge
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* A customer-first mindset with a proactive, self-motivated attitude
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Teams
* A collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
