Network Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external clients, ensuring that all work is carried out in line with defined Service Level Agreement standards and Standard Operating Processes.
Key Accountabilities and Tasks:
* Provide first-level and second-level technical support to clients;
* Undertake technical projects for clients;
* Assist other engineers as needed;
* Provide technical support to internal staff;
* Communicate effectively with clients throughout the course of all work carried out;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM/Call logging system;
* Provide on-call assistance to maintenance clients after hours as required;
* Help internally to administrative and sales staff as directed by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong technical skills and experience in network engineering;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
* Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) would be highly regarded;
* Experience with IT service management tools and systems (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA).
