The role will be required to maintain strong working relationships with non-admitted patient care areas at the five major Sunshine Coast facilities (Nambour, Gympie, Caloundra, Maleny and SCUH) to ensure information efficacy is maintained at a high standard. This position will also be responsible for the delivery and monitoring of existing training processes including new user training and competency based refresher training for HBCIS APP (ESM training will be delivered by the DHSS Training Team).
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Contribute to the design, development, promotion, and active delivery of a range of innovative information improvement initiatives for the Enterprise Scheduling Management system (ESM) and the HBCIS Appointment Scheduling system (HBCIS APP2) including:
- Delivery of new user training programs (HBCIS APP only)
- Development and delivery of data quality education sessions
- Provide advice, support and coaching for end users and their line managers
- Assessing competency for users in an online learning environment (12 monthly refresher training) and provide feedback in a professional and supportive manner (HBCIS APP only)
- Continuous improvement and development of training materials (User Manuals, SCHHS Procedures, Training Facilitator Plans) which are receptive to learner need and reflect contemporary adult learning principles.
