About the role
The Region Emergency Management Officer provides executive support for the region Emergency Operations Controller and associated committees, in relation to significant emergencies/incidents in accordance with the State Emergency & Rescue Management (SERM) Act 1989. Provide emergency management support to NSWPF as a combat agency and where no other agency has legislated responsibility during emergencies.
Additional leave accrual as per Western Division leave entitlements.

* Support emergency management initiatives in line with the State Emergency & Rescue Management Act 1989.

Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
