Ecommerce Team Member
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Team Member to join our team. As an Ecommerce Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source product information and accurately complete upload sheets.
* Collaborate closely with the buying team and brand partners to guarantee all products have correct information and imagery.
* Develop and optimize SEO-friendly product descriptions.
* Upload products, images, videos, and metadata into Magento.
* Retrieve and enrich free stock in warehouse systems for marketplace listing.
* Communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders to gather product information and imagery.
* Produce weekly marketplace performance reports.
CMS Management:
* Establish size matrices and set up brand pages in Magento for new brands.
* Regularly review category pages to ensure products are up-to-date.
* Upload and schedule online product content including descriptions, banners, and promotional assets.
SEO:
* Optimize product descriptions, titles, and attributes for SEO visibility.
* Collaborate with the internal SEO team on product optimization.
Customer Service:
* Manage daily customer requests from online chat and respond within 24 hours.
