Glencore is committed to providing an environment that adheres to the Respect at Work Legislation.Job DescriptionReporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership, drive performance and ensure the effective execution of both planned & breakdown maintenance tasks.ResponsibilitiesLead the maintenance team that maintains the site's Infrastructure, Services and associated Projects.Drive continuous business improvement and quality assurance of maintenance performance using your problem-solving skills.
