Job Role Overview
A L2 Systems Engineer provides day-to-day support for various customer environments, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and aligned to best practice.
Main Responsibilities:
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint Online), Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11.
* Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.
* Expertise in backup and recovery tools like Veeam or Azure Backup.
