With a solid pipeline of work, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Submissions Coordinator to support their front-end team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality EOIs, tenders, presentations, and capability statements Coordinate submission timelines, reviews, and information flow across teams Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather project and technical information Format and produce polished, on-brand submission documents and graphics Manage document control, versioning, and eTender submissions Support ongoing development of CVs, project profiles, and marketing collateral About You: 3 years’ experience in a Submissions Coordinator role within construction Understanding of the tendering process and construction lifecycle Strong written communication and document preparation skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Advanced skills across Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Bluebeam, InDesign/Canva, Salesforce or SharePoint highly regarded What’s on Offer: Join a well-established business with a strong reputation and pipeline Supportive, collaborative team environment Modern office with on-site gym and additional employee benefits Ongoing career development and progression opportunities This role is based in a newly renovated office in Windsor, with access to excellent on-site facilities including a gym and regular team lunches.
