Business Development Representative – ANZ market
About Slimstock: Slimstock is a global leader in demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimisation, and end‐to‐end S&OP enablement. Our platform, Slim4, supports companies across manufacturing, wholesale, retail, mining, distribution, and spare‐parts operations.
Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced SDR/BDR who can drive pipeline generation, execute ABM strategies, and run structured qualification aligned with MEDDPICC. The successful candidate will quickly progress into a BDM role within 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Build personalised outreach sequences using phone, email, LinkedIn & video.
* Leverage 6sense intent, HubSpot insights, and ABM campaigns.
* Multi‐thread strategic accounts across ANZ.
High‐Level Qualification
* Identify metrics, pain points, and decision criteria.
* Document full account context & next steps for BDM handover.
Collaboration & Deal Acceleration
* Work hand‐in‐hand with BDMs and Solution Consultants.
* Participate in pipeline reviews & strategy meetings.
* Support early opportunity shaping and proof‐demo preparation.
CRM & Process Excellence
* Maintain detailed HubSpot notes, activity logs, and opportunity quality.
* Ensure complete MEDDPICC documentation for every qualified opportunity.
* Shadow demos, discovery sessions, and commercial negotiation calls.
* Gradually take ownership of early‐cycle deals.
* Transition into full‐cycle BDM responsibilities.
Required Experience
* 2–4+ years in high‐performance SDR/BDR roles (SaaS preferred)
* Strong outbound engine & proven track record hitting KPIs
* Confident in engaging senior leadership (Supply Chain, Ops, Finance, IT)
* ABM, intent‐led outreach, and account research experience
* Familiarity with MEDDPICC or structured sales qualification frameworks

* Monthly pipeline value generated
* Number of qualified opportunities accepted by BDMs
* ABM persona and account engagement
* CRM hygiene and MEDDPICC quality
