**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor third-party facilities providers for preventative maintenance schedules and property repairs at multiple sites.
* Respond to property-related enquiries and issues from staff members.
* Assist with branch seating allocation activities.
* Manage stationery and consumable levels across multiple locations.
* Develop and maintain carpark ballots.
* Collaborate with other enabling services to achieve positive outcomes.
* Support the Agency's Fleet team where applicable.
**Requirements:
* Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
* Experience in facilities management or similar roles.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Excellent administration skills.
* Ability to manage competing demands.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
