About the client: Our client is a global leader in Cloud and AI solutions, delivering an integrated portfolio of Business AI, Business Cloud, and Business Technology services. Their goal is to empower organisations to grow, innovate, and operate more efficiently by providing secure and reliable information management solutions.

This is a permanent opportunity, located on-site at our client’s Canberra office.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens, ideally already holding a Federal Government security clearance or willing to go through a security vetting process.

Responsibilities

- Work with our client in office to support a breadth of Federal Government IT work in Canberra.
- Support a close-knit team to assist in existing business areas.

Program Details

- You will be part of our LeadersIT 12-month Capacity Uplift Program with the goal of transitioning into a permanent engagement with our client after completion of the program.
- Throughout the program, you will work closely with industry-leading coaches and mentors and will receive on-the-job training.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- You hold an Australian Citizenship.
- You have prior experience in the professional workforce and perhaps looking for a career change or returning to work.
- You have a strong technical aptitude and are looking to grow within the dynamic IT space.
- You've ideally had prior experience in an IT role such as in Service Desk, Help Desk, Service Management or Testing roles.
- You've ideally had experience working within Federal Government.
- You are based in Canberra or are looking to relocate to Canberra for the long-term.
