Primary Objective
The Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist will assist in the production and Quality Control of radiopharmaceuticals and perform nuclear medicine procedures in the medical imaging department of the Royal Darwin Hospital, including in the supervision and leadership of junior technologists. This role is trained and works in single photon nuclear medicine, Positron Emission Tomography, and radiopharmaceutical production and QC at the RDH cyclotron facility.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the production and Quality Control of radiopharmaceuticals.
* Perform nuclear medicine procedures in the medical imaging department of the Royal Darwin Hospital.
* supervise and provide leadership to junior technologists (as applicable).
* Work with single photon nuclear medicine, Positron Emission Tomography (PET), and radiopharmaceutical production and QC at the RDH cyclotron facility.
