**Job Description**:
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Power Tools team. This role is permanent full time and is based at our headquarters in Clayton, Victoria. This role involves regular domestic travel.
Position responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining strong relationships with national key accounts and stakeholders
- Delivering profitable and sustainable growth to an organization by utilizing key account management skills
- Developing strategic plans with full profit and loss accountability for the respective stakeholders
- Creation of marketing plans with a high focus on digital marketing
- Utilisation of established category management principals to showcase your market knowledge
- Spending time with targeted industry groups, supporting the Oceania Onsite team to maximise new business opportunities in key strategic areas
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a highly motivated, Key Account professional with an excellent working knowledge and understanding of the Power Tools industry, to deliver profitable growth.
You should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven key account management experience in similar position / industry sector - Essential
- In depth knowledge of the power tools / accessories industry
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Sound understanding of P&L and metrics
- SAP C4C and CRM experience desirable
- Data orientation for fact-based decision making
- Planning, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and self-discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Valid white card for construction site access
