Our Toowoomba Range centre is proudly supported by an incredibly passionate Non‐Contact Leadership Team including a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager / Admin Leader & Educational Leader who together work collaboratively to support and mentor our team of educators to create learning spaces where both children AND educators to thrive.
This architecturally designed 98‐place centre is purpose‐built to nurture every stage of early childhood. Our Junior Wing (under 3's) offers a warm, welcoming space with direct access to an oversized natural playscape, designed to spark curiosity and support little ones' earliest adventures outdoors. The Senior Wing children (over 3's) can immerse themselves in our Nature Play programs, "The Wildhood Approach" and "Bush Kindy." Both wings are guided by our experienced Outdoor Explorers, creating seamless opportunities for hands‐on learning, discovery, and connection with the natural world and perched atop the beautiful Toowoomba Range.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (The Dream Team Checklist)
* Have a heart that beats with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
* Love being part of a team and watching everyone shine together.
* Can juggle communication, organisation, and time management like a pro.
* Have experience creating magic in flexible play spaces.
* Know your way around EYLF, QKLG, and NQF frameworks.
* Get excited about project‐based learning and inquiry‐driven adventures.
* Have dabbled with OWNA, Storypark or Microsoft 365 (but don't worry if you haven't!)
* Hold or are working towards your ACECQA‐approved Diploma.
