Pilbara Motor Group, trading as Perth Motor Bodies, is seeking an experienced **Pre-Delivery Costing Clerk and Scheduler** to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing job cards, invoicing, scheduling, and liaising with various departments to ensure our vehicles are prepped, delivered, and documented efficiently.

Who We Are:
Pilbara Motor Group has proudly served the Pilbara region for over 22 years, growing from a small dealership in Port Hedland to a network of 6 locations. We represent leading automotive brands such as Toyota, Nissan, and Isuzu Ute, and employ over 200 local staff who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service. Our Perth Motor Bodies operation supports this growth with a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication workshop, paint shop, and corporate office.

Your Role:
As the **Pre-Delivery Costing Clerk and Scheduler**, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our pre-delivery process, ensuring that job cards are accurately raised, invoiced, and tracked, while coordinating with sales, subcontractors, and parts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Creating and Raising Job Cards**: Generate job cards and forward them to the parts department for processing.
- **Invoicing & Costing**: Ensure job cards are correctly invoiced and costed.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with quotes for customers and ensure the quoting process runs smoothly.
- **Quote Management**: Raise quotes via the Trade Base system and convert them to Tune for further processing.
- **Sublet Orders**: Create and send out sublet orders to relevant third-party vendors.
- **Order Review**: Review all orders and confirm any queries with the salesperson to ensure accuracy.
- **Scheduling Sublet Agents**: Confirm and schedule book-in dates with sublet agents for vehicle-related tasks.
- **Processing Sublet Invoices**: Ensure all sublet invoices are processed accurately and promptly.
- **Liaising with Sub-Contractors**: Act as the point of contact between the business and subcontractors to ensure job completion.
- **Assisting with Scheduling Jobs**: Support the team with scheduling jobs for the workshop and ensure deadlines are met.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role within the automotive industry (preferred).
- Strong understanding of invoicing, costing, and job card management.
- Experience with software systems like **Trade Base** and **Tune** is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with sales, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to process and track multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively while also working independently.
- A general understanding of automotive processes, including subletting and parts ordering.
