Humanity Health Group is seeking experienced and passionate clinicians to join our Clinical POD Team as a Clinical POD Leader. This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior clinical role within a high-functioning, skilled workforce that supports clinical excellence across all Humanity Health Group brands.
Our Clinical POD Team works across Aged Care, NDIS, Medicare and Private Services, providing leadership, quality oversight and clinical guidance across our allied health services nationally.
About the Role
As a Clinical POD Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, client-centred care by supporting clinicians, strengthening clinical governance and driving continuous improvement across services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting clinical intake to identify the most appropriate services and maximise client outcomes
* Leading clinical quality assessment and improvement initiatives
* Supporting case utilisation, case reviews and clinical decision-making
* Contributing to the development of clinical competency frameworks
* Using clinical QA outcomes to inform and develop professional development programs
* Working collaboratively across disciplines and service streams
About You
We are open to clinicians from a wide range of professional backgrounds and welcome applications from:

* Other allied health professionals
Mandatory Requirements
* Allied health or health professional background
* Strong understanding of Australian healthcare funding schemes (e.g. NDIS, Aged Care, Medicare)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Ability to meet all standard compliance requirements relevant to your profession
* Strong clinical judgement, leadership capability and communication skills
