Customer Success Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage onboarding, engagement and growth of aged care provider partners on our platform.
This includes supporting providers to understand our platform, onboard their teams and grow their use of our support workers.
* Qualify and manage inbound aged care provider and coordinator leads.
* Onboard new aged care providers and coordinators and their teams to the platform.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with provider stakeholders.
* Deliver training and support to users to drive adoption of the platform.
* Monitor provider performance, usage and satisfaction, and address any barriers.
This role will also design and test scalable processes, tools and engagement approaches to support aged care provider and coordinator success as the team grows.
Key Skills
* Experience in customer success/relationship management, ideally within aged care or technology sectors.
* Understanding of the aged care sector, including funding models (highly desirable).
* Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Skilled at building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
