Responsibilities
* Support clients in their own homes within the Dubbo and surrounding areas as part of BaptistCare At Home, providing quality complex care and support.
* Assist with tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport.
* Develop genuine connections with clients and help them live their best possible lives.

* Competitive hourly rates: earn between $32.86/hr (unqualified) – $34.59/hr (qualified) plus superannuation, paid travel time and mileage between clients.

* Comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts.

* Temporary mileage reimbursement rate of $1.04 per km to offset rising fuel costs, in addition to paid travel time.
Requirements
* Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
* Strong communication, resilience, and patience.
* Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
