About the role
Benjamin Toll Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team in our Melbourne, VIC 3000 office. This full-time role will see you play a key part in the design and implementation of high-quality landscaping projects for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Oversee the installation and construction of landscaping elements such as gardens, patios, water features, site set out and more
Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
Manage project budgets and timelines to deliver within agreed parameters
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the landscaping process
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our landscaping practices and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Landscaper or in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong working knowledge of landscaping design principles, techniques and materials
Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Communication and client relationship management skills
Tertiary qualification in Horticulture, Landscape Design or a related field would be highly regarded
