Woods & Co has a fantastic prospect on offer for a Maintenance Supervisor who has had a minimum of 3 years of experience to start work immediately.
What do you do?
- Ensure all site work is conducted safely and without harm to yourself, those working with you or the general public.
- With your team, carry out prescribed works such as mowing, hedging, weeding, planting trees and plants, laying turf, mulching, timber edging, arboriculture, spraying, irrigation repairs/inspections and machinery operation.
- Actively develop the skills, competency and knowledge of apprentices working with you, with an aim of maximizing their productivity and job satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with all clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Ensure all interaction with the public demonstrates respect and courtesy and enhances the reputation of the company
- Provide support to the Landscape Team Leader as required for the effective running of the team
What do you need?
- Qualified in Horticulture
- can-do attitude & enthusiastic mindset
- Ability to interact with customers competently
- Determined to learn and improve skills
- A valid driver’s license
