Contract Management is a highly skilled and strategic role that requires effective management and administration of contracts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities, and providing interpretation and advice on customer procurement policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contractual obligations, changes, and disagreements
* Identify and propose mitigation actions to the Project Manager
* Provide commercial advice and interpretation on contract requirements to stakeholders
* Offer guidance on contract obligations, policies, and procedures
* Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and administration systems
* Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Finance to manage program financial arrangements
* Manage contractual health and safety compliance, supply chain assurance, and acceptance activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Law
* Experience in contract management, supply chain, or procurement in contract and supplier management activities
* Ability to engage, influence, and build strong working relationships to achieve common goals
* Expertise in stakeholder- and risk/opportunity management
* Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral
* Knowledge of ASDEFCON
