We're expanding our team for a major Social Housing Infrastructure contract across NSW and are seeking experienced Tradesmen to join us on a full-time basis or as Subcontractors.
In these projects we deliver responsive and programmed maintenance services to a social housing portfolio covering the areas below in NSW:
Inner City Sydney
Southern Tablelands, South Coast, Macarthur and Southern Highlands
Illawarra
Newcastle (Hamilton South, Cooks Hill, Merewether, Wallsend, Mayfield, Lambton, Jesmond, Waratah & Bar Beach)
Mid North (Wauchope, South Kempsey & Taree)
Mid North Coast (South Grafton, Grafton & Coffs Harbour)
Far North (Ballina, Lismore, Casino, Tweed Heads & Tweed Heads South)
Central Coast (Woy Woy, Bateau Bay, Wyoming, Wyong, Long Jetty, East Gosford, Kincumber, Watanobbi, Springfield, Lake Haven & Gosford)
Windale, Gateshead, Toronto, Wyoming, Bolton Point, Belmont & Edgeworth

About the role
Full-time position working on public housing maintenance and upgrade projects.
Includes repairs, fit-outs, framing, and general carpentry work.
Travel between sites required.
Work independently or as part of a small team.
What we're looking for
Licensed and qualified tradesmen.
Own tools and a reliable vehicle.
White Card and full working rights in Australia.
Asbestos Awareness Certificate (mandatory).
Working at Heights certificate (mandatory).
Strong work ethic and ability to produce quality finishes.
Experience in residential maintenance or government projects is highly regarded.
