We supply high‐quality drilling consumable products to the mining, exploration, geotechnical, and waterwell sectors with branches across Australia. Our focus is on delivering exceptional value and service to our customers. In this role, you will be a key part of making sure the right products get to the right place, on time.

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings exceptional attention to detail to everything they do to join our mining department.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently support multiple business functions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support across the business. Your ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining precision will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities

* General office administration and reception support.
* Enter customer orders accurately into our ERP system and manage backorders.
* Assist with purchasing stock.
* Preparing documents and reports.
* Assist with accounts receivable duties including invoicing, processing credit applications, and managing outstanding debts.
* Coordinating travel, meetings, and site documentation.
* Maintaining records, registers, and electronic filing systems.
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Data entry with a high level of accuracy.

About You

* You are organised, reliable, and naturally detail driven. You take ownership of your work and spot errors before anyone else does.
* Proven experience in an office allrounder or administration role.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills.
* Strong time management and organisational abilities.
* Confidence using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
* Experience using MYOB Acumatica (highly regarded but not essential).
