Job Title: Graduate Occupational Therapist – Hybrid/Training – Central Coast, NSW
Working hours: 38 hrs/week, Flexible hours
Location: Central Coast, NSW
About the role
Excellent opportunity for passionate OTs to join an established multidisciplinary team, supporting older adults and people living with disabilities:
Provision of comprehensive functional assessments
Provision of equipment assessments and prescriptions
Provision of evidence-based therapy interventions in different community settings including skill and capacity building
Provide care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
Extensive shadowing and induction period
Regular 1:1 mentoring with an experienced OT
Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
Immediate phone support from our clinically experienced management team at all times when you're on the road
Territory qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA Registration
Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
Current driver's licence and own vehicle

Skills & Experience
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
Confident supporting adult caseloads
Enjoys team-based hospital environments
Open to regional travel and short-term contracts
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical and communication skills
Flexibility to work across varied caseloads
