You will lead diverse and complex insolvency and restructuring engagements (formal appointments and advisory), guide clients through financial challenges, manage engagement teams, and drive optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex engagements (insolvency & restructuring), developing strategies and managing the full lifecycle.
* Manage and mentor engagement teams, fostering their development.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis, performance reviews, and outcome modelling.
* Manage day‐to‐day appointment tasks, stakeholder communications (clients, creditors etc.), and assist with advisory/turnaround projects.
* Prepare high‐quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Actively participate in business development initiatives.

* Experience: 4-7 years managing complex corporate insolvency/restructuring cases.
