Healthcare Administration Specialist Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Administration Specialist to provide exceptional customer support, training, and guidance to our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Position:
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
* Develop and deliver product training sessions via phone, remote meetings, and on-site visits
* Collaborate with the development team to gather customer insights and feedback for future enhancements
* Create and maintain product documentation, user manuals, how-to guides, and other resources
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and customer-facing roles
* Knowledge of healthcare or medical industry principles
* Inbound call center experience preferred
* Able to multitask and effectively manage multiple queries
* Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
