We are looking for a full time administrative assistant to join our team based in Berry.
We offer a weekly pay cycle, a small and dynamic team environment and a flexible working environment with no weekend work to suit the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesProcessing of all stock arrivals including stock dispatched directly to customersData entry and processing of orders, with high attention to detailFollowing up with suppliers on deliveries, outstanding invoices and customer ordersEnd of month statement and invoice reconciliationDelivering a consistently professional service through face to face, telephone and email interaction, providing key stakeholders including customers and suppliers with a positive experienceProvide back up administrative support to Office Manager or other staff, as requiredSkills and experience requiredHigh level of accuracy in data entry and strong computer skillsExcellent attention to detail is essentialMicrosoft Office experience – strong Outlook and Excel skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsDemonstrated communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work in a team, including liaising with remote team membersOutstanding organisational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-taskAbility to identify high priorities and to manage workload accordinglyIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
