Remuneration: pro‐rata $100,155 – $108,106 pa plus 17% superannuation
Role Overview
Join a nationally significant research program supporting the PERFORM and TAPPET trials, two Medical Research Future Fund–funded studies transforming care for people living with long‐term health conditions across Australia. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to impactful clinical research through participant engagement, qualitative interviews, data collection, analysis and trial coordination.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of complex, multi‐site clinical trials
* Engage effectively with researchers, clinicians and participants to ensure high‐quality research outcomes
* Conduct participant engagement and qualitative interviews
* Collect, analyse and report clinical trial data
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative healthcare research delivery
Qualifications & Skills
* Highly organised and motivated with strong project coordination skills
* Strong qualitative research experience, including design, data collection and analysis
* Experience working with patients with long‐term health conditions (highly regarded)
* Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in a dynamic research environment
* Effective communication and analytical skills
