Overview 
The Integration Specialist is a key role within the BAI Service Delivery team, responsible for providing technical integration support for a small team of engineers delivering the Integration of new CCEP (Critical Communications Enhancement Program) and BAU PSN sites into Operations. Additional technical support for other minor projects for NSW Telco Authority will also be part of the role. Strong communication skills with natural leadership and mentoring abilities are essential. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Coach, support and supervise technicians and engineers on all technical aspects of CCEP and BAU PSN sites 
- Attend customer meetings and provide relevant reports and updates 
- Escalate or flag issues to the Technical Integration Team Lead and Project Managers as required 
- Ensure all test requirements for Pre-stage, Construction & Post Construction testing activities are completed 
- Raise defects for items not complete or outside specifications and provide risk assessments as required 
- Assist in coordination of Mobile Asset deployments, technical reviews and meetings 
- Perform quality checks on P25 commissioning documents completed by BAI field teams 
- Fill in and represent for Team Leader, Integration and Minor Works during leave absences 
Qualifications & Experience 
- Post-qualification experience in an operational or technical workplace with experience in P25 Radio / Telecommunications networks 
- Telecommunications: Technical Proficiency 
- Ability to analyse technical results and complex data 
- Knowledge of RF & Antenna systems 
- Knowledge of commissioning and site build provisioning 
- Telecommunications Radio, Mobile Site installation, provisioning and commissioning expertise 
- Experience with IP or MPLS based networks. ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred 
- On-site attendance five days a week (onsite role) 
- Australian Citizenship essential to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance as a condition of employment
