We are seeking a mid–senior Change Manager to support a critical UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation within a large healthcare environment. This role will focus on driving business readiness for Day 1 operations, including time & attendance and payroll, with a strong emphasis on aligning change activities to system delivery (configuration, integrations, and data migration). This is an initial 6‐month contract, with strong potential for extension up to 2 years.
Key Focus Areas
* Deliver practical, execution-focused change management aligned to program milestones
* Translate system changes (rostering, pay rules, approvals, time capture) into clear business impacts
* Support readiness across testing phases (SIT/UAT) and go‐live
* Engage frontline hospital staff, including clinical and nursing cohorts
* Work closely with technical, integration, and vendor teams to ensure change aligns with system design and rollout
Experience
* Proven Change Manager experience on complex transformation programs (mid–senior level)
* UKG Pro & Kronos Workforce Management experience
* Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or workforce systems
* Strong understanding of integrations and data migration impacts on business processes
* Experience delivering change in hospital or healthcare environments, particularly with frontline staff
* Experience with phased rollouts or Day 1 operational readiness scenarios
* Exposure to large‐scale SaaS implementations
