You are equal parts builder and optimiser; you love refining paid ads OR Klaviyo campaigns just as much as launching a new Shopify build, and you are driven to turn insights into tangible revenue wins.You will take the lead on building, managing, and optimising our ecommerce websites for performance, best-in-class UX, and strong commercial results.

We uniquely maintain a full on-site production factory that keeps craftsmanship, quality control, design, marketing and photography all under one roof.About your new roleBuild and launch new products to align with our ecommerce campaigns, collections drops, promotional activities, etcManage and optimise product listings, SEO, site content and product updatesOversee checkout processes, payment gateways, and customer accounts to ensure a seamless user experienceManage wholesale catalogues, B2B site functions, and multi-market operations (AU & US).
Track and report on key ecommerce metrics using Shopify, Google Analytics, and Style Arcade to inform data-led decisions and growth strategiesEnhance onsite experience and conversion through CRO, UX improvements, A/B testing, and Shopify app integrations.Coordinate with developers or internal teams to troubleshoot issues as requiredThis in an office based role Mon-Fri, 7:30am start - 4pm finish, with early finish on FridaysWhat will you bring?
Experience in EITHER creating Klaviyo campaigns, SMS, and flows, OR experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising platformsExperience using Shopify, Asana, Facebook Business Manager within the retail or fashion industryEfficient communicator, highly organised and able to interpret dataSo why join us?
