Job Summary
This Purchasing Specialist role sits within a small and fast-moving supply chain team, responsible for overseeing global purchasing and order management activity. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years' experience in a purchasing, buying or supply chain coordination type role.
Key Responsibilities
The Purchasing Specialist will manage all aspects of product movement from purchase order through to delivery, working closely with third-party partners, international suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This includes ensuring timelines are met across production, logistics, and 3PL, driving efficiencies in cost, stock movement, and supplier performance, and consolidating POs and managing compliance documentation.

To thrive in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships easily, and know how to navigate the push and pull of a busy, seasonal business. You'll be expected to identify and drive cost and efficiency improvements, improve systems and processes, and provide better visibility of purchasing across the business.
