Chief Financial Officer
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of financial policies, procedures, and controls. They will also provide ongoing financial and organizational leadership to ensure the organization is structured efficiently and mirrors the mission and core values.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and 10 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, or a related field with 5-7 years of supervisory experience in healthcare auditing or accounting. They will also possess comprehensive knowledge of governmental accounting principles, methods, and practices, as well as Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations governing the receipt, custody, and expenditure of public funds.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic, operational, and financial analysis and advice for the Finance department.
* Leading the development of organization-wide financial performance policies, processes, and controls.
* Providing ongoing financial and organizational leadership to ensure the organization is structured efficiently and mirrors the mission and core values.
The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and evaluate complex financial data, internal controls, and operational systems and procedures, as well as perform arithmetic, algebraic, and statistical applications.
