Electrical Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient construction of electrical infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Electrical Construction Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing field engineering support during the installation of electrical equipment, including MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, lighting systems, UPS, earthing and bonding systems, and instrumentation interfaces. This will involve reviewing engineering documents, conducting site inspections, and verifying installation compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline, with up to 5 years of experience in electrical construction, industrial plants, energy, or oil & gas projects. You will also need a solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including power distribution, protection, grounding, and LV/MV systems.
As an Electrical Construction Engineer, you will be working on a remote construction site, interacting daily with construction crews and subcontractors. You will also be required to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation to site.
