Job Description
* Manage and oversee the introduction of new products into manufacturing processes.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise workflows.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency.
* Monitor production timelines and budgets for new product initiatives.
* Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant
* A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
* Proven expertise in new product introduction within a manufacturing setting.
