Package: $90,000–$110,000 base + super + uncapped commission (monthly payouts, no cap)

Why this role?

Cell Life is scaling fast. We supply advanced hyperbaric wellness systems to clinics, allied-health, elite sport and premium home users. With new products launching and a marketing refresh underway, we’re hiring a driven closer to turn high-intent leads into long-term customers—while helping shape how we sell as we grow.

What you’ll be doing

Own the full cycle: prospect, qualify, run virtual/in-person demos, build ROI cases, negotiate and close.

Manage a national pipeline from wherever you’re based.

Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events and content; feed live objections back to refine messaging.

Maintain spotless CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.

(Growth path) Mentor future hires and help document the playbook; opportunity to progress to Senior/2IC.

What we’re looking for

2–5 years’ B2B sales with high-ticket products (medical/wellness/fitness tech or capital equipment ideal).

Proven Sales closer with confident objection handling and value-based negotiation.

Clear, professional communicator—comfortable on Zoom and client facing across a broad range of clients - homeowners to medical professionals, to CEO's.

Must have a level of empathy due to conditions HBOT can assist with

CRM discipline (HubSpot/GHL/Monday or similar) and data-driven pipeline management.

Current driver’s licence; willing to travel nationally as needed.
