We’re representing a highly regarded property investment group seeking an experienced Asset & Transaction Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a diverse role where you’ll have direct impact on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio performance.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will see you managing both the transaction process and day-to-day asset management. You’ll play a critical part in identifying opportunities, coordinating due diligence, preparing high-quality investment documentation, and ensuring the continued success of a national property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition and disposal processes including due diligence, market research, and financial analysis.
- Prepare investment reports, information memorandums, and transaction documentation to a high standard.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations on opportunities.
- Conduct internal valuations and coordinate external valuations, including project feasibilities.
- Guide leasing negotiations and support property managers with operational requirements.
- Deliver clear, skilled investor reports and presentations.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in property, funds management, or investment analysis.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complex transactions.
- Confident communicator with both internal stakeholders and external consultants.
