The Role
As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of BOH operations, including:
* Leading, training and developing your kitchen team
* Delivering consistent, high‐quality food across all service periods
* Managing food and labour costs in line with targets
* Menu planning and seasonal updates
* Stock control, ordering and supplier management
* Maintaining food safety and compliance standards
* Driving a positive, high‐performing kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
* Experience in high‐volume, fast‐paced kitchens
* Strong financial acumen (food cost, labour and budgeting)
* Ability to lead from the front and build a cohesive team
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Passion for quality pub‐style food and consistent service
