The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Launch Coordinator to join our New Product Development (NDP) team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end development for new TGA-listed products, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
As a key cross‑functional partner, you will support and influence stakeholders across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales. You will play a central role in coordinating workflows, maintaining processes, preparing documentation and meeting packs, and ensuring high visibility and governance across all project phases.

Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules and key milestones to ensure timely delivery
Manage the project management tool and documentation
Coordinate and chair cross‑functional meetings, ensuring agendas, actions and follow‑ups are completed
Prepare high‑quality presentation materials and meeting packs for senior leadership
Record and track project actions, decisions, risks, and deliverables
Identify and assess scope changes, issues, and risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Provide proactive updates and ensure strong communication with key stakeholders
Support cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and compliance
Qualifications
Experience in Complementary Medicines NPD, with strong familiarity of GMP and TGA requirements
A qualification in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Naturopathy or similar would be advantageous, but not essential
Strong scheduling, milestone management and contingency planning abilities
Experience managing integrated project plans, dashboards and communication cadences for senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams
Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing deadlines
Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working cross‑functionally
Resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
