Store Leadership Opportunity
A dynamic leader is required to drive store performance and deliver a premium customer experience at our Sportscraft Burnside Village store.
About the Role This position reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on maximising store results through team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing budgets and interpreting financial reports.

About You At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment. Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills are essential. Results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
