Key Responsibilities
* The Nursing Director is accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services within the hospital and health service specifically Acute Surgical, Peri Operative services, Outpatients, and ICU.
* The leader is also accountable for delivering high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards within the organisation.
* To lead the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation and management of the service, providing high level advice to other leaders.

Our Offer
A competitive remuneration package up to $198,959 p.a., comprising salary of $174,378 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%), is offered.
