ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to work with our Global and APAC Marketing teams to deliver strategies for all marketing plans, including demand generation plan, portfolio management, marketing campaign, digital marketing, communication and creative activities.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including portfolio management, marketing campaigns, digital communication, and creative initiatives such as Flextreme (Prysmian's Flexible Cable Range), Catch the Sun (Prysmian's Solar Cable Range), The Cat is Back (Prymian's Cat5, Cat6 Cable Range), PryDNA (Prysmian's Anti Copper Theft Solution) and CableApp (Prysmian's cable calculator).
· Managing and optimising Prysmian's Oceania websites, intranet, product photos, datasheets, brochures, and social media channels to enhance brand image and customer engagement.
· Planning, organising, and executing Events and Trade Shows to promote Prysmian and its offerings such as Energy Networks Australia, Australian Clean Energy Summit, Utilities Open Day, Telstra Business Connect, and Indo Pacific.
· Creating and delivering targeted publications, such as newsletters and magazine ads, for Prysmian's key stakeholders and wholesale customers
· Creating engaging weekly EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) to build brand awareness and promote Prysmian's products and insights to customers.
· Overseeing product policy and positioning to ensure alignment with market trends and business objectives.
· Advising on product pricing strategies to support market positioning and overall go-to-market objectives.
· Coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality marketing materials and content.
· Researching and analysing Prysmian's direct and indirect competitors to identify gaps and growth opportunities for existing and new products and services for the local market.
· Monitoring and assessing the impact of online promotional activities and leveraging data insights to optimise content performance and meet key evaluation metrics.
· Generating reports on marketing performance and industry trends, providing valuable insights for each business unit.
· Creating and analysing surveys to understand consumer preferences and areas of improvement to enhance Prysmian's product offering and servicing to customers.
· Researching keywords and implementing SEO and PPC campaigns to enhance Prysmian's online visibility.
· Promoting Prysmian's offering through distributors' channels
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED
· Relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification
· Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing coordinator role.
· Strong, positive and effective communications skills, verbal and written.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in high efficiency and effectivity.
