About the Role
We are looking for experienced Crusher Operators with solid excavator skills to join an established Crushing & Screening crew supporting large-scale mining operations in Central and North Queensland.
This is steady, production-focused work across fixed plant and mid-to-large mobile equipment. The role is about consistent feed, stable plant operation, and safe, controlled work — not stop-start project work or shutdown churn.
You will be hands-on feeding crusher circuits, monitoring plant performance, and working closely with site operations and maintenance teams to keep tonnes moving and the plant running properly.
Lean Mining provides embedded operational and maintenance support across fixed and mobile plant environments. You'll be part of a long-term site-based crew, not rotated in and out or stuck in a stand-alone cab role.

Equipment Experience Required
We are seeking operators with practical experience in:
* 36–50 tonne excavators used for crusher feed and stockpile management
* Working in and around live crushing plant
* Mobile crushing units and associated ancillary equipment
(conveyors, screens, feeders)
