Branch Casual Customer Advisor – Banking – Atherton Tablelands
Responsibilities
Support NAB's Ravenshoe, Atherton and Mareeba branches by being the first point of contact for customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
What we're looking for
A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB's diverse range of customers.
A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.
Customer-centric thinking and an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.
No banking experience required – Full training provided.
Hours and training
Hours: Join our team in a casual setting with the following hours on offer. Candidates must be available to work 1-3 days per week when required — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:15am – 4:15pm and 9:15am – 5:15pm on Thursday. The first 4 weeks of the role will require full-time availability Monday to Friday for training and onboarding.
