Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement customized social media strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
* Lead kick-off calls and workshops for new clients, facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
* Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our team, fostering trust and driving continuous optimization.
* Collaborate with junior Social Media Managers, Content Creators & Community Managers to deliver campaign goals.
* Contribute fresh ideas during pitch meetings, helping to secure new business opportunities.
Campaign Execution & Reporting
Oversee creative campaign workflows from concept to completion, ensuring every post, video, and paid ad is on-brand and on-brief.
Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports (monthly and quarterly) to clients and internal stakeholders.
Hands-On Content Creation
Film, edit, and produce native TikTok and Instagram Reels, sometimes starring as talent on camera.
Develop engaging copy for social media content plans.
Manage photoshoot prep and post-production in collaboration with our Production team.
Influencer & UGC Coordination
Strategize and execute influencer and UGC campaigns, managing budgets and liaising with our finance team.
Analyze results and identify growth opportunities across client social channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years' agency experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years managing your own accounts.
Strong leadership skills, able to mentor junior team members and drive accountability.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to form lasting connections with clients and colleagues.
Strategic + Creative flair, able to see the big picture and execute detailed plans.
Tech-savvy toolkit: Slack, Sprout Social, Canva, Meta Business Suite.
A keen eye for detail and excellent time-management, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
