Job Responsibilities / Objectives
* Define analysis scope, approach, deliverables, and governance across financial crime initiatives
* Lead high-quality requirements elicitation with strong traceability and regulatory alignment
* Produce structured, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Drive end-to-end analysis across complex, cross-functional programmes
Required Skills / Experience
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Crime or regulatory environments
* Strong expertise in AML, KYC and sanctions frameworks
* Proven leadership in requirements governance, process modelling, and control analysis
* Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into actionable deliverables
Desirable Skills / Experience
* Experience designing enterprise operating models or control framework
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Viseo
* Background in regulatory remediation, control framework and enforcement‐driven programmes
* Experience mentoring or coaching junior Business Analysts
