My client is an established financial services business that is embarking on a major data transformation project. The Analytics and Insights Manager role will play a major role in this transformation, improving the utilisation of insights and elevating the data maturity across the business to support research and analytics initiatives.
This role reports directly in to the Head of Analytics and will have accountability for elevating the advanced analytics and data insights capability for the business, presenting both challenge and opportunity.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing two analysts with a view to the team growing further
- Analysing large amounts of structured and unstructured data
- Finding patterns in customers' behaviours and identifying drivers for those patterns via various modelling techniques to access to valuable insights and help improve decision quality
- Build predictive models and creating data driven insights to identify correlations and drivers for customer attributes and behaviours
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
**Your Experience**
- Proven experience in a commerical analytics environment with hands-on experience in predictive analytics, insights and reporting
- We are open to looking at someone with leadership potential as well as individuals with established experience in this
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in working with business partners to identify advanced analytics solutions to business problems
- Prior experience in scraping non-structured data is highly regarded.
- Advanced SQL skills with additional skills in either R or Python
