We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Safeguarding & Quality Lead to champion client safety, embed a proactive safeguarding culture across our services, and support with quality assurance, and incident response.About the RoleAs the Senior Safeguarding & Quality Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding a proactive safeguarding culture across Sunnyfield. You’ll work in close partnership with operational managers and the Safeguarding & Assurance team to implement our Safeguarding Framework, lead our proactive safeguarding work, and support with quality assurance audits, and incident investigations as required.This is a dynamic, cross-functional role where your expertise will directly influence the safety, rights, and wellbeing of people with disability.
