Position Information

Ariah Park Central is the only school in a small, rural community 100 kilometres north-west of Wagga. The school strives to provide equity of access to educational opportunities across the Kindergarten to Year 12 curriculum. Through strong relationships between primary and secondary faculties, we foster a culture of caring support in a family atmosphere. Our school currently has 123 enrolments across K-12. We have recently embedded the Berry Street Education Model in our school as well as The Resilience Project. As part of the Riverina Access Partnership which delivers senior secondary curriculum via video conferencing technology, the school is at the cutting edge of educational innovation. We have strong community links and a supportive and engaged P&C.

You can find more information about our school and Strategic Excellence Plan on our website here: "https://ariahpark-"

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate educator to join our K-12 team to teach PDHPE subjects in our secondary faculty and across the Riverina Access Partnership. There will be opportunities to teach PDHPE in our K-6 space. The successful applicant will also co-ordinate school sport. As a small school, your teaching load could include out of area subjects in negotiation with the school.

* Demonstrated knowledge and/or ability in utilising technology to enhance student learning in PDHPE.
