About the role This role focuses on creating and maintaining a robust, secure application environment and reports directly to the Information Systems Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to lead or participate in ongoing application system projects. Additionally, you will be tasked with investigating and evaluating application software to optimise and advance business operations.
Responsibilities
Provide hands on administration of SAP B1 and associated add‑on modules.
Focus on business process automation opportunities
Monitor system integrations and timely resolution of integration issues
Translate business processes and requirements into technical documentation
Manage the data integration between databases and applications
Ensure data integrity and consistency across the business
Administration and development of Business Intelligence (BI) systems
Support & maintain MS SQL database environment.
Develop, implement and manage consistent application software development methodologies and practices.
Qualifications
Proficient in SAP or similar ERP administration and customisation.
Highly desirable to have experience with SAP Business One in a distribution setting.
Familiar with Business Process Automation (BPA) technologies and methodologies, with UiPath being particularly valued.
Advanced expertise in querying SQL databases and managing SQL Server.
Competent in using PowerShell (utilising .NET libraries), C#, VB.Net, and VBScript.
Basic exposure to Crystal Reports development.
Experienced with Data Warehousing and utilising Business Intelligence (BI) tools against a data warehouse.
Strong understanding of networks and related services, with knowledge of AAA and REST API operations.
Skilled in cloud technologies, including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
